CYCLEWAY PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
FREE SHIPPING
- Accessories: Free shipping on orders over R3,500.
- Bicycles: Free shipping on orders over R10,000.
- Note: Sale and clearance items are excluded from free shipping. Standard shipping rates will apply.
PAYMENTS
Standard Orders
- Full payment must reflect in Cycleway’s bank account before any goods are released or shipped.
- Email proof of payment (POP) to: office@cycleway.co.za
Cash Deposits
- Only pay cash in-store.
- Bank deposit fees will be charged to the customer’s account if cash is deposited directly into Cycleway’s bank account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
General Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.
Refunds
- Once returned items are received and inspected, you will be notified within a reasonable time whether your return is approved.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds / returns.
- Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
- To report a defect, contact us at (015) 296 3411 immediately with a description and photo(s) of the issue.
Return the defective product to:
Cycleway, Unit 5, Gateway Park, CO Veldsplaat & Moufhe Street, Magna Via, Polokwane
- If the item is found defective after inspection, a replacement will be issued. If no replacement is available, a refund may be offered.
SPECIAL ORDERS
- Items specially ordered on request are non-refundable, unless found defective.
- If a return is approved, all return shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Additional supplier return fees may apply.
- All special-order returns are at Cycleway’s discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Tyres
- Sealants
- Lubricants
- Any product sold under Sale or Clearance categories
- Exceptions may be made only at the discretion of Cycleway Management.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost and insurance of return shipping.
- Send returns to: Cycleway, Unit 5, Gateway Park, CO Veldsplaat & Moufhe Street, Magna Via, Polokwane
- We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeline
- In-stock items: Delivery within 1–5 working days.
- Supplier items: Delivery within 2–9 working days, subject to supplier stock availability.
Shipping Disclaimer
- Deliveries are fulfilled via 3rd party couriers.
- Cycleway is not liable for delays once goods are handed to the courier.
International Shipping
- Shipping outside South Africa is currently unavailable.
WARRANTY POLICY
Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must include a valid proof of purchase and meet the manufacturer’s conditions.
Important:
- All courier costs related to warranty processing are for the client’s account.
- Labour, replacement parts, and any required consumables are also the client’s responsibility.
- Damage caused by misuse or regular wear-and-tear is not covered under warranty.
